Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
Lo! the tree of Zaqqum, 43 will be the food of the sinful: 44 Like molten brass; it will boil in their insides. 45 like water. 46 (It will be said of such sinners), "Seize them and drag them into the middle of hell. 47 Then pour upon his head the torment of boiling water. 48 They will be told, "Suffer the torment. You had thought yourselves to be majestic and honorable. 49 This is that which you doubted' 50 Surely the godfearing shall be in a station secure 51 amid gardens and springs, 52 They will be dressed in fine silk and embroidery, facing one another (on thrones). 53 Thus shall it be: and We shall espouse them to fair, wide-eyed maidens. 54 therein calling for every fruit, secure. 55 They will not taste death therein except the first death, and He will have protected them from the punishment of Hellfire 56 As bounty from your Lord. That is what is the great attainment. 57 And indeed, We have eased the Qur'an in your tongue that they might be reminded. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad SAW); Verily, they (too) are waiting. 59

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
