The Poets (Alshu'araa')

227 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah) before The Ant (Al-Naml)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Ta'. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes things clear. 2 You may perhaps wear out your heart because they do not come to belief. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from the sky so that their leaders would remain bowed before it. 4 And there does not come to them a new reminder from the Beneficent Allah but they turn aside from it. 5 So they have indeed denied (the truth - this Quran), then the news of what they mocked at, will come to them. 6 Observe they not the earth, how much We make to grow therein of every fruitful kind? 7 In this, behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 8 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
