And certainly We have made strongholds in the heaven and We have made it fair seeming to the beholders. 16 And (moreover) We have guarded them from every cursed devil: 17 Except one who steals a hearing and is pursued by a clear burning flame. 18 And the earth - We have spread it out wide, and placed on it mountains firm, and caused [life] of every kind to grow on it in a balanced manner, 19 and provided thereon means of livelihood for you [O men] as well as for all [living beings] whose sustenance does not depend on you. 20 And there is not of aught but with Us are the treasures thereof, and We send it not down save in a measure known 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then We send down water from the heaven and We give it to you to drink, and thereof ye could not be the treasurers. 22 And indeed, it is We who give life and cause death, and We are the Inheritor. 23 And well do We know [the hearts and deeds of all human beings - both] those who lived before you and those who will come after you; 24 It is your Lord who will gather them. He is all wise and all knowing. 25
