The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin, Mim. 1 These are verses of the clear Book. 2 Perhaps, [O Muhammad], you would kill yourself with grief that they will not be believers. 3 If We please, We should send down upon them a sign from the heaven so that their necks should stoop to it. 4 Whenever a new message comes to them from the Beneficent God, they turn away from it. 5 So they have indeed denied (the truth - this Quran), then the news of what they mocked at, will come to them. 6 Have they, then, never considered the earth - how much of every noble kind [of life] We have caused to grow thereon? 7 Surely in this there is a sign, yet most of them would not believe: 8 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 9
