Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

When earth is shaken with a mighty shaking 1 And when the earth throws out its burdens, 2 And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" 3 On that day the earth will declare all (the activities of the human being) which have taken place on it, 4 Because your Lord has commanded it. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 7 and he who shall have done an atom's weight of evil, shall behold it. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
