Also, remember Our worshiper Job. He called out to his Lord, (saying): 'satan has afflicted me with harm and pain' 41 (We answered his prayer, healed his sickness, and told him), "Run on your feet. This is cool water (for you) to wash and drink". 42 And We bestowed on him (again) his household and therewith the like thereof, a mercy from Us, and a memorial for men of understanding. 43 (and We said to him): “Take in your hand a bundle of rushes and strike with it, and do not break your oath.” Indeed We found him steadfast. How excellent a servant (of Ours) he was. Indeed he constantly turned (to his Lord). 44 And remember Our servants -- Abraham, Isaac and Jacob -- they were endowed with great strength and vision. 45 for, verily, We purified them by means of a thought most pure: the remembrance of the life to come. 46 And in Our sight, they are indeed the chosen ones, the beloved. 47 And commemorate Isma'il, Elisha, and Zul-Kifl: Each of them was of the Company of the Good. 48 This is a Reminder, and verily, for the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) is a good final return (Paradise), 49 Gardens of Eternity, whose doors will (ever) be open to them; 50 Therein will they recline (at ease): Therein can they call (at pleasure) for fruit in abundance, and (delicious) drink; 51 ۞ And with them are those of modest gaze, companions. 52 'This is what you were promised for the Day of Reckoning; 53 Verily this is Our provision: there will be no ceasing thereof. 54 All this [for the righteous]: but, verily, the most evil of all goals awaits those who are wont to transgress the bounds of what is right: 55 Hell, where they will burn, an evil resting-place. 56 All this (is for them); so let them taste boiling water and pus, 57 And other (punishment) of the same kind-- of various sorts. 58 'This is a troop rushing in with you; there is no Welcome for them; they shall roast in the Fire.' 59 They say, 'No, it is you have no Welcome; you forwarded it for us; how evil a stablishment!' 60 They will say: "Our Lord! whoever brought this upon us,- Add to him a double Penalty in the Fire!" 61 But why is it that we cannot see men whom we had considered as wicked 62 Is it that we mistakenly made fun of them; or have they disappeared from our sight?” 63 That most surely is the truth: the contending one with another of the inmates of the fire. 64
