Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up thy heart, 1 relieved you of the burden 2 The which did gall thy back?- 3 And raised high for you your repute. 4 So truly with hardship comes ease, 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 and let your longing be for your Lord (in humility). 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
