۞ Recite unto them the story of Noah, when he told his people: O my people! If my sojourn (here) and my reminding you by Allah's revelations are an offence unto you, in Allah have I put my trust, so decide upon your course of action you and your partners. Let not your course of action be in doubt for you. Then have at me, give me no respite. 71 “Then if you turn away, I do not ask any fee from you; my reward is only upon Allah, and I am commanded to be of the Muslims.” 72 Then they rejected him; then We delivered him and those with him in the Ark, and We made them successors; while We drowned the others who belied Our signs. Observe then the fate of those who had been forewarned. 73 Then after him We sent Messengers to their people, they brought them clear proofs, but they would not believe what they had already rejected beforehand. Thus We seal the hearts of the transgressors (those who disbelieve in the Oneness of Allah and disobey Him). 74 Then after them sent We Moses and Aaron to Pharaoh and his chiefs with Our Signs. But they were arrogant: they were a people in sin. 75 So when the truth came to them from Us they said: This is most surely clear enchantment! 76 Musa said: say ye this of the truth after it hath come unto you? Is this magic? and the magicians fare not well. 77 They said: "Hast thou come to us to turn us away from the ways we found our fathers following,- in order that thou and thy brother may have greatness in the land? But not we shall believe in you!" 78 And Pharaoh said (to his) men: 'Bring every skilled sorcerer to me.' 79 Then when the magicians were come, Musa said unto them: cast down that which ye are going to cast down. 80 And when they threw down [their staffs and cast a spell upon the people's eyes,] Moses said unto them: "What you have contrived is [but] sorcery which, verily, God will bring to nought! Verily, God does not further the works of spreaders of corruption 81 And Allah will vindicate the Truth by His words, however much the guilty be averse. 82
