▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But for him who lived in awe of the sublimity of his Lord, there will be two gardens -- 46 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 47 Containing all kinds (of trees and delights);- 48 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 49 In them (each) will be two Springs flowing (free); 50 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 51 Therein are two kinds of every fruit. 52 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 53 [They are] reclining on beds whose linings are of silk brocade, and the fruit of the two gardens is hanging low. 54 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 55 Wherein both will be those (maidens) restraining their glances upon their husbands, whom no man or jinn yatmithhunna (has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse) before them. 56 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 57 They are like rubies and coral-stone. 58 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 59 Is there any reward for good other than good? 60 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 61 And besides them, there are two more Gardens. 62 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 63 two [gardens] of the deepest green. 64 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 65 In both of them live springs gush forth. 66 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 67 In them (both) will be fruits, and date- palms and pomegranates. 68 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 69 In them shall be good and pleasing. 70 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 71 Fair ones, close-guarded in pavilions - 72 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? - 73 Undeflowered by man or by jinn before them, -- 74 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 75 Reclining on green cushions and rich beautiful mattresses. 76 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 77 HALLOWED be thy Sustainer's name, full of majesty and glory! 78
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
