The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Hallow thou the name of thine Lord, the Most High, 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 Who determined and guided them, 3 who brings forth the pastures, 4 And [then] makes it black stubble. 5 By degrees shall We teach thee to declare (the Message), so thou shalt not forget, 6 except whatever God wills; He knows both what is manifest and what is hidden -- 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 So remind them if reminder is profitable: 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 Who will enter the great Fire and made to taste its burning, 12 In which they will then neither die nor live. 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 And mentions the name of his Lord and prays. 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This is surely in the earlier Books, 18 Writs of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
