The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the snorting courses, 1 Striking sparks of fire (by their hooves), 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 and penetrate deep into a host. 5 Indeed man is very ungrateful towards his Lord. 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 And verily in the love of wealth he is vehement, 8 ۞ Is he not aware of the time when the contents of the graves will be brought out? 9 and that which is in the chest is brought out, 10 On that day will their Lord be perfectly informed concerning them. 11
