The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By the snorting courses, 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 And raiding at dawn 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe), 5 That man is ungrateful to his Lord 6 and surely he is a witness against that! 7 And verily, he is violent in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not that, when the contents of the graves are poured forth 9 and that which is in the chest is brought out, 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
True are the words of God the Almighty.
