(And remember) the Day when We shall call together all human beings with their (respective) Imam [their Prophets, or their records of good and bad deeds, or their Holy Books like the Quran, the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel), etc.]. So whosoever is given his record in his right hand, such will read their records, and they will not be dealt with unjustly in the least. 71 Whoever is blind* in this life will be blind in the Hereafter, and even more astray. (* To the truth – disbelieving.) 72 (Such blind ones) try to confuse what We have revealed to you so that they may falsely ascribe to Us something other than the true revelation and thus establish friendship with you. 73 And had We not kept you steadfast, possibly you might have inclined to them just a little. 74 In that case We would have surely made thee taste the double of the tornment of the life and the double of the torment of death, and then thou wouldst not find against Us a helper. 75 They very nearly provoked you to drive you out of the land, but they would have only lingered for a little while after you. 76 (This was Our) Sunnah (rule or way) with the Messengers We sent before you (O Muhammad SAW), and you will not find any alteration in Our Sunnah (rule or way, etc.). 77
