Do you not realize that We have sent Satan to incite the unbelievers to sin. 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 The day We shall usher the righteous before Ar-Rahman like envoys into the presence of a king, 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 having no power of intercession, save those who have taken with the All-merciful covenant. 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 Assuredly ye have brought a thing monstrous. 89 Thereby the heavens are nearly torn and the earth split asunder, and mountains fall crashing down 90 That ye ascribe unto the Beneficent a son, 91 It does not become the majesty of the Compassionate God to take to Himself a son: 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but comes unto the Most Beneficent (Allah) as a slave. 93 Verily He knoweth them and numbereth them with (right) numbering. 94 Every one of them shall come to Him upon the Day of Resurrection, all alone. 95 Surely Ar-Rahman will show love for those who believe and do the right. 96 So have We made the (Qur'an) easy in thine own tongue, that with it thou mayest give Glad Tidings to the righteous, and warnings to people given to contention. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Perceivest thou of them anyone or hear of them a whisper? 98
