Therefore, remind and preach (mankind, O Muhammad SAW of Islamic Monotheism). By the Grace of Allah, you are neither a soothsayer, nor a madman. 29 Or do they say [of you], "A poet for whom we await a misfortune of time?" 30 Proclaim, “Go on waiting – I too am waiting along with you.” 31 Do their minds prompt them to say such things, or are they a people immersed in transgression?” 32 Or say they: He hath invented it? Nay, but they will not believe! 33 Let them produce a discourse like it if they are true in their claim. 34 Or were they created by nothing, or were they the creators [of themselves]? 35 Did they create the heavens and the earth? No! They have no faith. 36 Do they possess the treasures of your Lord? Or are they the treasurers? 37 Or have they a ladder by which they could [ascend to ultimate truths and] listen [to what is beyond the reach of human perception]? Let, then, any of them who have listened [to it] produce a manifest proof [of his knowledge]! 38 Or hath He daughters whereas ye have sons? 39 Or do you demand any wages from them so that they are burdened with expense? 40 Or is the Unseen in their keeping, and so they are writing it down? 41 Or are they planning a conspiracy? So the conspiracy will befall only upon the disbelievers. 42 Or have they a deity other than Allah? Exalted is Allah above whatever they associate with Him. 43 Even if they were to see a part of the heavens falling down upon them, they would say, "It is only dense cloud". 44 so leave them alone till they face the Day on which they will be struck dumb, 45 The Day when their plotting will avail them nothing and no help shall be given them. 46 The unjust will suffer other torments besides this but most of them do not know. 47 And wait thou patiently the judgment of thy Lord; verily thou art before Our eyes; and hallow the praise of thy Lord when thou uprisest. 48 and proclaim the praise of thy Lord in the night, and at the declining of the stars. 49
