The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), glorify the Name of your lord, the Most High, 1 Who createth, then disposeth; 2 who determined and guided, 3 who brings forth green pasture, 4 Then turneth it to russet stubble. 5 WE SHALL teach thee, and thou wilt not forget [aught of what thou art taught,] 6 Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 So render good counsel if good counsel will avail. 9 He who fears will mind, 10 And the most unfortunate one will avoid it, 11 who will roast in the Great Fire, 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 He who purifies himself, 14 And recites the name of his Lord and serves with devotion. 15 Nay! you prefer the life of this world, 16 While the hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Verily, [all] this has indeed been [said] in the earlier revelations 18 In the Books of Ibrahim and Moosa. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
