۞ So I swear by Mawaqi (setting or the mansions, etc.) of the stars (they traverse). 75 and this is indeed a mighty oath, if only you knew – 76 That this is indeed a qur'an Most Honourable, 77 In a book that is protected 78 Which none shall touch but those who are clean: 79 A Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Is it such a talk (this Quran) that you (disbelievers) deny? 81 Would you reject the sustenance that you receive rather than give thanks? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat, 83 and that hour you are watching 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 why, then, if you are not subject to Our command, 86 Bring back the soul (to its body), if you are truthful? 87 Then, if he be of those brought nigh the Throne, 88 (There is for him) rest and provision, and a Garden of delights (Paradise). 89 And if he is of those on the right, – 90 (he will be greeted with): 'Peace be upon you, Companion of the Right' 91 But, if he is of those who belied, and went astray, 92 Then an entertainment of boiling water. 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 Verily, this is indeed the truth of truths! 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96
