۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 And most surely it is a very great oath if you only knew; 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 [conveyed unto man] in a well-guarded divine writ 78 which none shall touch except the purified; 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 Would you, now, look down with disdain on a tiding like this, 81 And to give (it) the lie you make your means of subsistence. 82 Why, but when the soul leaps to the throat of the dying 83 And you are at that time looking on - 84 – at that moment when We are closer to him than you, although you do not see (Us) 85 why, then, if you are not subject to Our command, 86 why are you then not able to bring them back to life if you are truthful? 87 But if he [the dying person] is one of those brought near to God, 88 (There is for him) Rest and Satisfaction, and a Garden of Delights. 89 If it is of the people of the right hand, 90 'Peace be upon thee, Companion of the Right!' 91 But if he (the dying person) be of the denying (of the Resurrection), the erring (away from the Right Path of Islamic Monotheism), 92 a welcome of burning despair [awaits him in the life to come,] 93 And roasting in a Blaze. 94 This is indeed the ultimate truth. 95 Therefor (O Muhammad) praise the name of thy Lord, the Tremendous. 96
