Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ When the heaven becomes cleft asunder, 1 When the planets are dispersed, 2 When the seas are poured forth, 3 And when the Graves are turned upside down;- 4 every soul will see the result of its deeds - those recorded before his death and those which will produce either virtue or evil after his death. 5 O human! What has deceived you concerning your Generous Lord 6 Who created thee, then moulded thee, then proportioned thee? 7 in whatever composition He wanted. 8 Despite this, you deny the Day of Judgment, 9 Lo! there are above you guardians, 10 noble, writers 11 They know (and understand) all that ye do. 12 Indeed, the righteous shall (live) in bliss. 13 And the Wicked - they will be in the Fire, 14 Which they will enter on the Day of Judgment, 15 and from which they will find no escape. 16 And what will make you know what the Day of Recompense is? 17 Again, what shall teach thee what is the Day of Doom? 18 The day on which no soul will have the authority over any other soul; and on that day, the entire command belongs to Allah. 19
