The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
(I swear) by the snorting chargers (of the warriors), whose hoofs strike against the rocks 1 Striking sparks of fire 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 Penetrating forthwith as one into the midst (of the foe); 5 Verily man is unto his Lord ungrateful. 6 and he himself is a witness to that, 7 Surely he is passionate in his love for good things. 8 ۞ Does he not know when the contents of the graves are laid bare 9 And the secrets of the hearts exposed, 10 Surely on that Day will their Lord be fully informed about them. 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
