And mention Musa in the Book; surely he was one purified, and he was an apostle, a prophet. 51 And We called him from the side of the mount at [his] right and brought him near, confiding [to him]. 52 Out of Our mercy We gave him his brother Aaron who himself was a Prophet. 53 And make mention in the Scripture of Ishmael. Lo! he was a keeper of his promise, and he was a messenger (of Allah), a prophet. 54 He exhorted his people to prayer and almsgiving, and his Lord was pleased with him. 55 And mention in the Book, Idris; he too was of the truth and a Prophet, 56 and We exalted him to a lofty position. 57 These are they unto whom Allah showed favour from among the prophets, of the seed of Adam and of those whom We carried (in the ship) with Noah, and of the seed of Abraham and Israel, and from among those whom We guided and chose. When the revelations of the Beneficent were recited unto them, they fell down, adoring and weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ But then they were succeeded by generations who neglected their prayers and were driven by their own desires. They will assuredly meet with destruction, 59 Excepting those who may repent and believe and work righteously; these shall enter the Garden and shall not be wronged at all 60 Gardens Everlasting, which the Compassionate hath promised unto his bondmen, unseen; verily His promise is ever to be fulfilled. 61 They will not hear any lewd talk in it, but only Peace; and in it for them is sustenance, every morning and evening. 62 Such is the Garden which We give as an inheritance to those of Our servants who guard against Evil. 63 And we (angels) descend not except by the Command of your Lord (O Muhammad SAW). To Him belongs what is before us and what is behind us, and what is between those two, and your Lord is never forgetful, 64 He is the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between. Serve Him, then, and be constant in serving Him. Do you know anyone that might be His compeer?" 65
