And those who disbelieve say: "We believe not in this Quran nor in that which was before it," but if you could see when the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers, etc.) will be made to stand before their Lord, how they will cast the (blaming) word one to another! Those who were deemed weak will say to those who were arrogant: "Had it not been for you, we should certainly have been believers!" 31 Those who were stiff-necked will say unto those who were deemed weak: was it we who prevented you from the guidance after it had come unto you? Aye! ye have been guilty yourselves. 32 And those who were deemed weak shall say to those who were proud. Nay, (it was) planning by night and day when you told us to disbelieve in Allah and to set up likes with Him. And they shall conceal regret when they shall see the punishment; and We will put shackles on the necks of those who disbelieved; they shall not be requited but what they did. 33 And We sent not unto any township a warner, but its pampered ones declared: Lo! we are disbelievers in that wherewith ye have been sent. 34 They always said: “We have more wealth and children than you have, and we shall not be chastised.” 35 Say: 'My Lord outspreads and straitens His provision to whomsoever He will, but most men do not know it.' 36
