Are ye harder to create or the heaven which He hath builded? 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 Gave darkness to its night, and brightness to its day; 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 And the mountains! He established them firm: 32 In order to benefit you and your cattle. 33 So when the greatest universal disaster arrives, 34 The Day whereon man shall remember whatsoever he had striven for. 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 and preferred the life of this world, 38 most surely his abode shall be Hell. 39 But unto him who shall have stood in fear of his Sustainer's Presence, and held back his inner self from base desires, 40 Verily the Garden! that shall be his resort. 41 They will question thee concerning the Hour, when it shall berth. 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 It shall be as if; on the day they see it, they have but tarried for an evening, or its forenoon. 46
