The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the chargers panting, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 by the dawn-raiders 3 blazing a trail of dust, 4 Then rush thereby upon an assembly: 5 Verily man is unto his Lord ungrateful. 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ Does he not know that on the day when those in the graves are resurrected 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
