Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ When the Sky is cleft asunder; 1 and when the stars are scattered, 2 the oceans are merged together, 3 And when the [contents of] graves are scattered, 4 (Then) a person will know what he has sent forward and (what he has) left behind (of good or bad deeds). 5 O man! What is it that lures you away from your bountiful Sustainer, 6 Who created thee, then moulded thee, then proportioned thee? 7 In whatever form He willed, He put you together. 8 No indeed; (the fact is that) you deny the Reckoning, declaring it a lie; 9 Surely, there are guardians watching over you, 10 noble scribes, 11 They know (and understand) all that ye do. 12 Indeed, the righteous will be in pleasure, 13 But the wicked, indeed they shall be in the Fiery Furnace, 14 They will [enter to] burn therein on the Day of Recompense, 15 And will not be removed from it. 16 And what shall teach thee what is the Day of Doom? 17 Again, what do you know – of what sort is the Day of Justice! 18 The day on which no soul will have the authority over any other soul; and on that day, the entire command belongs to Allah. 19
