We have made constellations in the sky and decorated them for the onlookers. 16 And We have preserved it from every accursed devil, 17 except for those who stealthily try to listen to the heavens, but who are chased away by a bright flame. 18 And We spread out the earth, and placed mountains as anchors in it, and in it grew all things by a proper measure. 19 And We have appointed thereon for you livelihoods and also for those of whom ye are not the providers. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are the stores thereof. And we send it not down save in appointed measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then send down water from the cloud so We give it to you to drink of, nor is it you who store it up. 22 And indeed, it is We who give life and cause death, and We are the Inheritor. 23 We know those of you who press forward, and We know the laggards, 24 and, behold, it is thy Sustainer who will gather them all together [on Judgment Day]: verily, He is Wise, All-Knowing! 25
