Those who deny the truth say, "When we have turned to dust like our fathers, shall we be brought back to life again? 67 We were promised this, forsooth, we and our fathers. (All) this is naught but fables of the men of old. 68 “Proclaim, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “Travel in the land and see what sort of fate befell the guilty.” 69 (O Prophet), do not grieve over them, nor be distressed at their designs. 70 They also say: "Tell us when this threat will come to pass, if you are truthful." 71 Say: Maybe there may have drawn near to you somewhat of that which you seek to hasten on. 72 Surely thy Lord is bountiful to men; but most of them are not thankful. 73 And indeed your Lord knows what is hidden in their bosoms, and what they disclose. 74 And not a thing is there hidden in heaven and earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 Indeed, this Qur'an relates to the Children of Israel most of that over which they disagree. 76 And verily it is a guidance and a mercy unto the believers. 77 Lo! thy Lord will judge between them of His wisdom, and He is the Mighty, the Wise. 78 Therefore rely on Allah; you are indeed upon the clear Truth. 79 Thou shalt not make the dead to hear, neither shalt thou make the deaf to hear the call when they turn about, retreating. 80 Nor canst thou be a guide to the blind, (to prevent them) from straying: only those wilt thou get to listen who believe in Our Signs, and they will bow in Islam. 81 ۞ And when the Word is fulfilled against them (the unjust), we shall produce from the earth a beast to (face) them: He will speak to them, for that mankind did not believe with assurance in Our Signs. 82
