▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ No! I swear by the positions of the stars – 75 - which is indeed a great oath if only you knew it - 76 that this is indeed a noble Quran, 77 In a book that is protected 78 which none but the pure may touch; 79 It is a revelation sent down from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Is it such a Message that ye would hold in light esteem? 81 You live by calling it a lie. 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat, 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 And We are nearer to him than you are, but you cannot see. 85 why then, if you are not revived, 86 Bring back the soul (to its body), if you are truthful? 87 So if he is one of those who are near-stationed (to Allah), 88 Then [for him is] rest and bounty and a garden of pleasure. 89 And if he be of the fellows on the right hand, 90 (he will be greeted with): 'Peace be upon you, Companion of the Right' 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 then he will be served boiling water, 93 And burning in Hell-Fire. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 Then praise your Lord, the most supreme. 96
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
