Nay! By the moon 32 And by the night when it withdraws, 33 The morning when it is unveiled, 34 hell is certainly the greatest calamity. 35 It is a warning for mankind 36 To him among you who wishes to go forward or remain behind. 37 Every soul is held in pledge for what it earns, 38 Except the companions of the right, 39 who will be in Paradise 40 Concerning the culprits: 41 "What has brought you into hell-fire?" 42 They will say: "We were not of those who used to offer their Salat (prayers) 43 Nor did we feed the wretched. 44 and we plunged along with the plungers, 45 “And used to deny the Day of Justice.” 46 until death approached us". 47 So no intercession of intercessors will be of any use to them. 48 Then what is [the matter] with them that they are, from the reminder, turning away 49 As they were frightened asses 50 Fleeing from a hunter, or a lion, or a beast of prey. 51 Is it that everyone of them wants to receive a heavenly book addressed to him personally? 52 Never! In fact they do not fear the Hereafter. 53 Nay! it is surely an admonition. 54 So whosoever will may heed. 55 But none will remember, unless Allah wills, He is the Owner of fear, the Owner of forgiveness. 56
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
