Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
[O Men!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built, 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 And the earth He extended after that; 30 and has caused its waters to come out of it, and its pastures, 31 and making the mountains firm: 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 The day when man remembers all that he had done, 35 and the blazing fire [of hell] will be laid open before all who [are destined to] see it. 36 Then he who had been rebellious 37 And who chose the life of the world, 38 Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; 39 But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust, 40 Will surely have Paradise for abode. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 (Muhammad), you do not know (when and how) it will come. 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 you are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 The day they see it, it will seem they had stayed in the world but only an evening or its turning into dawn. 46
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
