Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

We have indeed sent down the Qur’an in the Night of Destiny. 1 Would that you knew what the Night of Destiny is! 2 The Night of Power is better than a thousand months; 3 The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter. 4 This Night is all peace until the break of dawn. 5

God the Almighty always says the truth.
