Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only counting against them a counting. 84 The day We shall usher the righteous before Ar-Rahman like envoys into the presence of a king, 85 And shall drive the culprits to Hell as a herd. 86 People do not own the right to intercede, except those* who have made a covenant with the Most Gracious. (* The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 87 They say: "God has begotten a son." 88 You have indeed advanced something hideous! 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent Allah. 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 All those who are in the heavens and the earth will come to the Most Gracious as His bondmen. 93 Verily He encompasses them and has counted them all. 94 And each one of them will come before Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 So, [O Muhammad], We have only made Qur'an easy in the Arabic language that you may give good tidings thereby to the righteous and warn thereby a hostile people. 97 And many a generation We did destroy before them; do you see any one of them or hear their faintest sound? 98
God the Almighty always says the truth.
