Lo! those who ward off (evil) are among gardens and watersprings. 45 [Having been told], "Enter it in peace, safe [and secure]." 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 no fatigue there shall smite them, neither shall they ever be driven forth from there. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I - I alone - am truly forgiving, a true dispenser of grace; 49 And that My Penalty will be indeed the most grievous Penalty. 50 And inform them about the guests of Abraham, 51 (How) when they came in unto him, and said: Peace. He said: Lo! we are afraid of you. 52 They said, “Do not fear – we convey to you the glad tidings of a knowledgeable boy.” 53 He said, 'What, do you give me good tidings, though old age has smitten me? Of what do you 54 They said: We give you good news with truth, therefore be not of the despairing. 55 [Abraham] exclaimed: "And who - other than those who have utterly lost their way - could ever abandon the hope of his Sustainer's grace?" 56 [Ibrahim (Abraham) again] said: "What then is the business on which you have come, O Messengers?" 57 They said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals, 58 Only the family of Lot will all be saved, 59 "Except his wife, who, We have ascertained, will be among those who will lag behind." 60
