۞ God has made the sea subservient to you so that ships sail on by His command and you seek His favors. Perhaps you will be grateful. 12 And He has subjected to you what is in the heavens and what is in the earth, all together, from Him. Surely in that are signs for a people who reflect. 13 Tell those who believe to forgive those who hope not for the days of Allah; in order that He may requite folk what they used to earn. 14 Whoever does what is just and right, does so for his own good; and whoever does evil, does so to his own hurt; and in the end unto your Sustainer you all will be brought back. 15 And indeed We gave the Children of Israel the Scripture, and the understanding of the Scripture and its laws, and the Prophethood; and provided them with good things, and preferred them above the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns) (of their time, during that period), 16 And We gave them clear proofs in the command; so they did not differ except after the knowledge had come to them – due to jealousy among themselves; indeed your Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning the matter in which they differ. 17 And then We set you, (O Prophet), on a clear high road in religious matters. So follow that and do not follow the desires of those who do not know. 18 They can be of no avail to you against God. The wrongdoers are friends of one another, while the friend of the righteous is God. 19 This is clear indication for mankind, and a guidance and a mercy for a folk whose faith is sure. 20 Do the evil-doers imagine that We shall make them equal to those who believe and do good, making their lives and deaths alike? How vile is their judgement! 21
