▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 Most surely it is an honored Quran, 77 In a Book well-guarded (with Allah in the heaven i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 78 which none but the pure may touch; 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 So is this the matter regarding which you laze? 81 and do you make it your living to cry lies? 82 Then why do you not (intervene) when (the soul of a dying person) reaches the throat? 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 If you are true to your claim that there is no Day of Judgment, 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 Then is relief, and flowers – and Gardens of peace. 89 And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand, 90 (he will be greeted with): 'Peace be upon you, Companion of the Right' 91 And if he be of those who treat (Truth) as Falsehood, who go wrong, 92 its dwelling will be boiling water 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 This is indeed the indubitable truth. 95 So celebrate with praises the name of thy Lord, the Supreme. 96
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
