Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by that which you see, 38 as well as all that you cannot see! 39 That this is indeed the word of the noble Messenger, 40 And it is not the word of a poet; little is it that you believe; 41 nor is it the speech of a soothsayer little do you remember. 42 It is a Revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 Now if he [whom We have entrusted with it] had dared to attribute some [of his own] sayings unto Us, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand; 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 and not one of you could have defended him. 47 And verily, this Quran is a Reminder for the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2). 48 We certainly know that some of you have rejected it 49 and (on the Day of Judgment) this will be a great source of regret for the unbelievers. 50 And verily it is the truth of assured certainty. 51 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
