[O MEN!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 by raising its vault high and fashioning it flawlessly, 28 and He has made dark its night and brought forth its light of day. 29 and the earth which He spread out, 30 And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture; 31 And He made fast the hills, 32 an enjoyment for you and your flocks. 33 But when the great calamity will come about 34 the human being will recall whatever he has done. 35 Hell fire will become visible for those who would see it. 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 Verily the Scorch! that shall be his resort. 39 But as for him who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained himself from impure evil desires, and lusts. 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 They ask you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) about the Hour, - when will be its appointed time? 42 In what [position] are you that you should mention it? 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
