If We grant long life to any, We cause him to be reversed in nature: Will they not then understand? 68 We have not taught him poetry; it is not seemly for him. It is only a Remembrance and a Clear Koran, 69 In order that it may warn him who is alive, and that the sentence may be justified on the infidels. 70 Do they not see that, among the things which Our hands have fashioned, We have created for them cattle of which they are the masters, 71 And We have subjected them to them, so some of them they have to ride upon, and some of them they eat. 72 They derive a variety of benefits and drinks from them. Will they, then, not give thanks? 73 And take other gods apart from God that they may perhaps give them help. 74 Those deities can render them no help. Yet these devotees act as though they were an army in waiting for them. 75 So do not let their saying grieve thee; assuredly We know what they keep secret and what they publish. 76 Has not man regarded how that We created him of a sperm-drop? Then lo, he is a manifest adversary. 77 And he has struck for Us a similitude and forgotten his creation; he says, 'Who shall quicken the bones when they are decayed?' 78 Say thou: He shall quicken them Who brought them forth for the first time, and He is of every kind of creation the Knower! 79 who has made fire for you from the green tree with which you kindle' 80 "Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like thereof?" - Yea, indeed! for He is the Creator Supreme, of skill and knowledge (infinite)! 81 His affair, when He intendeth a thing, is only that He saith unto it: be, and it becometh. 82 All glory belongs to the One in whose hands is the control of all things. To Him you will all return. 83
