Then whosoever does righteous works, while believing, his striving will not go unappreciated. We record them all for him. 94 There is a ban upon any city that We have destroyed; they shall not return 95 till Gog and Magog are let loose and slide down out of every slope; 96 And the certain promise (of Doom) comes near. Then the eyes of unbelievers will be fixed in horror, (and they will cry:) "Ah, woe betide, we were indeed heedless of this, and were oppressors and unjust." 97 They will be told, "You and what you had worshipped instead of God will be the fuel of hell". 98 Had they really been gods they would not have entered it: They will all abide in it for ever. 99 Theirs therein shall be roaring, and therein they shall hear not. 100 Verily those for whom the good has preceded from Us, they will be removed far therefrom (Hell) [e.g. 'Iesa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary); 'Uzair (Ezra), etc.]. 101 And will not hear its hissing, and will live for ever in the midst of what their hearts desire. 102 The greatest fear will not aggrieve them, and the angels will welcome them; saying “This is your day, which you were promised.” 103 The day We shall roll up the heavens like a written scroll, We shall revert it (to nothing) as it was before We first created it. This is a promise incumbent on Us; We will certainly fulfil it. 104 We have written in the Psalms, after the Remembrance: 'The righteous among My worshipers shall inherit the earth' 105 Herein, surely is a message for true worshippers. 106 We have sent you forth as a mercy to all mankind. 107 Say thou: this only hath been revealed unto me, that your god is only One God. submit ye then?! 108 If they turn away, tell them: "I have warned you all alike. I do not know if what has been promised you is near or far away. 109 Surely He knows what is spoken aloud and He knows what you hide. 110 Nor do I know whether it may mean a trial for you and a short reprieve." 111 The Messenger said: "My Lord! Judge with truth. Our Compassionate Lord alone is our support against your (blasphemous) utterances." 112
