(And it was part of His scheme) when Allah said: 'O Jesus! I will recall you and raise you up to Me and will purify you (of the company) of those who disbelieve, and will set your followers above the unbelievers till the Day of Resurrection. Then to Me you shall return, and I will judge between you regarding what you differed. 55 And as for those who disbelieved, I will punish them with a severe punishment in this world and the Hereafter, and they will have no helpers." 56 But as for those who believed and did righteous deeds, He will give them in full their rewards, and Allah does not like the wrongdoers. 57 This (which) We recite unto thee is a revelation and a wise reminder. 58 To God the case of Jesus is as that of Adam whom He created from the earth and then said, "Exist," and Adam came into existence. 59 (This is) the truth from your Lord, so be not of the disputers. 60 If anyone disputes (your prophesy) after knowledge has come to you, say, "Let each of us bring our children, women, our people, and ourselves to one place and pray to God to condemn the liars among us." 61 This is the true account. There is no deity save Him. God is Mighty and Wise." 62 And if they turn their backs, assuredly God knows the workers of corruption. 63
