The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 who brings forth the pastures, 4 and thereupon causes it to decay into rust-brown stubble! 5 We shall make you recite so that you will not forget, 6 Except what Allah pleases, surely He knows the manifest, and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease you to the easy. 8 Remind, if the reminder can be of benefit. 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 wherein he will neither die nor remain alive. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 who remembers the name of his Lord and prays, shall indeed be successful. 15 But you prefer the life of this world, 16 although the life to come is better and more enduring. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 The Scriptures of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses). 19
