The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Ruin is for every open slanderer, backbiter. 1 Who accumulated wealth and hoarded it, counting. 2 thinking his wealth will render him immortal! 3 Nay, he shall be thrown into the Crusher. 4 And what shall make thee know that which the Crushing Fire is? 5 It is the Fire kindled by Allah, 6 roaring over the hearts 7 verily, it will close in upon them 8 in endless columns! 9

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
