1/2 Hizb 35
< random >
O YOU APOSTLES! Partake of the good things of life, and do righteous deeds: verily, I have full knowledge of all that you do. 51 Verily this your order is one order, and I am your Lord, so fear Me. 52 But they split in their affair between them into sects, each party rejoicing in what is with them. 53 But leave them alone, lost in their ignorance, until a [future] time. 54 What, do they think that We succour them with of wealth and children, 55 Is [because] We hasten for them good things? Rather, they do not perceive. 56 Those who tremble with fear of their Lord; 57 And those who believe in the communications of their Lord, 58 And those who do not associate (aught) with their Lord, 59 And those who give what they give (in alms) while their hearts are full of fear that to their Lord they must return, 60 it is these who hasten to do good works and vie in so doing with one another. 61 We charge no soul with more than it can bear. We have a Book with Us which speaks the truth, and they shall not be wronged. 62 But their hearts are covered with confusion over this, and they have [evil] deeds besides disbelief which they are doing, 63 Until when We overtake those who lead easy lives among them with punishment, lo! they cry for succor. 64 Cry not for succor this day; surely you shall not be given help from Us. 65 Surely My signs have been rehearsed unto you, and upon your heel ye were wont to draw back. 66 In scorn thereof. Nightly did ye rave together. 67 Have they not pondered the Word, or hath that come unto them which came not unto their fathers of old? 68 Or is it that they did not recognize their Messenger (Muhammad SAW) so they deny him? 69 Or say they: "There is madness in him?" Nay, but he brought them the truth [i.e. "(A) Tauhid: Worshipping Allah Alone in all aspects (B) The Quran (C) The religion of Islam,"] but most of them (the disbelievers) are averse to the truth. 70 And had the Truth followed their desires, then indeed the heavens and the earth and all those who are in them would be destroyed; in fact We brought to them a thing in which lay their repute, so they are turned away from their own repute. 71 Or dost thou ask of them (O Muhammad) any tribute? But the bounty of thy Lord is better, for He is Best of all who make provision. 72 and, most surely, you are calling them to a straight path. 73 And lo! those who believe not in the Hereafter are indeed astray from the path. 74 ۞ Were We to be merciful to them and remove from them their present afflictions, they would persist in their transgression, blindly wandering on. 75 Already have We grasped them with punishment, but they humble not themselves unto their Lord, nor do they pray, 76 To the extent that when We opened the gate of a severe punishment for them, they thereupon lie despairingly in it. 77
