The unbelievers have said, "Shall we and our fathers be brought out of the graves after we become dust? 67 "Indeed we were promised this, we and our forefathers before, Verily, these are nothing but tales of ancients." 68 Say thou: travel in the land and behold what like hath been the end of the culprits. 69 Do not be sorry for them, nor be distressed for what they devise. 70 And they say: When (will) this promise (be fulfilled), if ye are truthful? 71 Say, "It may be that a part of what you would hasten on is close behind you." 72 Lo! thy Lord is full of bounty for mankind, but most of them do not give thanks. 73 The Lord knows full well what they conceal in their hearts and what they disclose: 74 There is not a thing hidden in the heaven and earth except that it is in a Clear Book. 75 BEHOLD, this Qur'an explains to the children of Israel most [of that] whereon they hold divergent views; 76 It is a guidance and grace for those who believe. 77 Surely your Lord will judge between them by his judgment, and He is the Mighty, the knowing. 78 Therefore rely on Allah; you are indeed upon the clear Truth. 79 You cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf hear your call, when they turn their backs on it, 80 Nor canst thou lead the blind out of their error. Thou canst make none to hear, save those who believe Our revelations and who have surrendered. 81 ۞ When the word about them comes true We shall make a creature appear to them on earth who will tell them that people had no faith in Our revelations. 82
