Verily the tree of Zaqqum 43 Will be the food of the sinners, 44 Like molten copper; it churns in their bellies. 45 Like the churning of boiling water. 46 [A voice will cry], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of Hell. 47 Then pour upon his head the torment of boiling water. 48 [It will be said], "Taste! Indeed, you are the honored, the noble! 49 This is that which you doubted' 50 Surely those who guard (against evil) are in a secure place, 51 In Gardens and water-springs. 52 Wearing [garments of] fine silk and brocade, facing each other. 53 So it is; and We have wedded them to maidens with gorgeous eyes. 54 There can they call for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 They will not experience any death other than that which they have already been through. 56 By the beneficence of your Lord. This will be the great success. 57 THUS, THEN, [O Prophet,] have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own [human] tongue, so that men might take it to heart. 58 Wait then; they too are waiting. 59
