▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But for him who feareth the standing before his Lord there are two gardens. 46 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 47 [There will be two gardens with] spreading branches. 48 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 49 In them (both) will be two springs flowing (free) 50 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors would you then deny? 51 In them will be Fruits of every kind, two and two. 52 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 53 Reclining on carpets whereof the linings will be of brocade; and the fruit of the two Gardens shall be near at hand. 54 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 55 Therein are maidens who restrain their glances, whom neither human nor jinn have touched before. 56 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 57 As though they are jacinth and coral. 58 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 59 Is the reward of goodness aught but goodness? 60 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 61 Besides this, there will be two other gardens. 62 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 63 dark green in color. 64 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 65 In them (each) will be two Springs pouring forth water in continuous abundance: 66 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 67 With fruits in them, and dates and pomegranates -- 68 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 69 In them are women of good behaviour and gorgeous faces. 70 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 71 Fair ones, close-guarded in pavilions - 72 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 73 [companions] whom neither man nor invisible being will have touched ere then. 74 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and beautiful fine carpets. 76 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 77 Blessed is the Name of your Lord, the Lord of Glory and Grace. 78
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
