Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
The mutual rivalry for piling up (the good things of this world) diverts you (from the more serious things), 1 even till you visit the tombs. 2 Nay! you shall soon know, 3 Then no! You are going to know. 4 Lo! would that ye knew now with the surety of knowledge! 5 Ye shall certainly see Hell-Fire! 6 Then you will surely see it with the eye of certainty. 7 Then on that day you will surely be asked about the verity of pleasures. 8
