The warnings came also to Pharaoh's folk. 41 They belied Our signs everyone thereof; whereof We laid hold of them with the grip of the Mighty, Powerful. 42 Are your infidels better than these? Or is there an immunity for you in the Writs? 43 Or is it that they say: we are a multitude prevailing! 44 The hosts will all be routed and will turn and flee. 45 Aye! the Hour is their appointed term, and the Hour shall be far more grievous and far more bitter. 46 Surely the sinners are in error and insanity! 47 The Day they will be dragged in the Fire on their faces (it will be said to them): "Taste you the touch of Hell!" 48 We have indeed created all things by a proper measure. 49 Our commandment is but one word, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 Thus, indeed, did We destroy people like you [in the past]: who, then, is willing to take it to heart? 51 All things they do are (recorded) in the books; 52 everything, be it great or small, is recorded. 53 Surely those who guard (against evil) shall be in gardens and rivers, 54 At the still centre in the proximity of the King all-powerful. 55
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
