What is the matter with unbelievers that they stare at you with fixed gazes and hasten towards you 36 From the right and from the left, in crowds? 37 What, is every one of them eager to be admitted to the Garden of Bliss? 38 Never so. We have created them from what they know. 39 Now I do call to witness the Lord of all points in the East and the West that We can certainly- 40 To replace them with better than them; and We are not to be outdone. 41 So leave them to engage in vain talk and to amuse themselves until they come face to face with the Day which they are promised, 42 The Day whereon they will issue from their sepulchres in sudden haste as if they were rushing to a goal-post (fixed for them),- 43 with downcast eyes and faces distorted in shame; such is the Day which they are promised. 44
