The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
By the chargers panting, 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 Then thereby raise dust, 4 Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe), 5 Lo! man is an ingrate unto his Lord 6 And indeed, he is to that a witness. 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not - when that which is in the graves shall be ransacked? 9 And all what lies in the breasts is opened – 10 Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Acquainted. 11
